This healthy man gradually developed muscle weakness.

He likes to eat Lamb's meat on weekends.

As his condition deteriorated he got a health check up.

His report showed a malignant tumour of the lung.

What is the name of this condition?

Answer:

"Lambert–Eaton" Myasthenic Syndrome

Lambert–Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome is characterised by proximal muscle weakness initially affecting gait and autonomic symptoms.

It usually develops as a paraneoplastic process, most commonly with small cell lung cancer in 60% cases.
